Hopefully this will answer any questions you may have, if not please do not hesitate to contact us.
At Snooze & Bloom, our goal is to guide and support your family as you work towards more restful sleep. We believe parents know their children best, and our role is to share tools, insights, and encouragement. By booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
1. Booking and Payment
• Your consultation date is confirmed once full payment is received.
• Full payment must be made prior to the creation of your bespoke personalized sleep plan.
• All payments are non-refundable
• If you change your mind prior to us engaging in any work on your behalf, we will issue a full refund up to
24 hours before your scheduled initial consultation time.
2. Consultations and Support
• If we schedule a follow-up call or review, 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed appointments will
still count as part of your package, as that time was reserved for you.
• Support for more than one child in the same household will incur an additional cost. A discounted rate of 50%
will be charged for the second child.
3. Our Role and Your Role
• All advice given is guidance only. You choose what feels right for your family.
• Consistency is key - results depend on how closely you follow your plan. We cannot guarantee a specific
outcome as every child and family is unique.
• Your sleep plan is just for your family and may not be shared with others.
• Please let us know about any medical conditions your child has, as these may affect our recommendations.
4. Safe Practice and Wellbeing
• We encourage all families to follow safe sleep guidelines (SIDS guidance from The Lullaby Trust: Safer sleep
overview | The Lullaby Trust). If you choose not to follow these recommendations, you accept full responsibility
for that decision.
• Our guidance is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your GP or a qualified healthcare provider
for medical concerns.
• You should be in good physical and emotional health to follow your programme. If at any point we feel it’s best to pause support, we will let you know in writing. Any unused support can be “banked” for up to 2 months, but no refunds will be given.
5. Communication and Availability
• You can reach us for WhatsApp/Email follow-up support at any time. We will aim to respond within 24 hours (if not sooner!).
• Evening or weekend appointments are available if pre-scheduled.
• Support packages begin on the date of your main consultation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• If at the end of your support period, you would like further guidance, we can offer an additional week support
for £75.
6. Understanding and Agreement
• By booking, you accept that no refunds are available once payment is made.
• You agree to take full responsibility for the decisions you make when implementing changes to your child’s sleep or routine.
• Snooze & Bloom cannot be held liable for any claims, injuries, or losses arising during or after your work with us.
• These terms may be updated at any time. Any changes take effect immediately.
